These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 33vd platform and its users ("User"). By creating an account on 33vd or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

33vd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, ID number, mobile number — must be completely accurate and truthful. If false information is provided, the account will be closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Conditions

For example: depositing ৳2,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳4,000. To withdraw, a total of (deposit + bonus), that is ৳4,000 × 25 = ৳100,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household or IP address.
• If a bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed — the existing bonus must be cancelled before a new one can be taken.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus misuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 33vd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The 33vd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular play and activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week and additional benefits.

VIP cashback and rewards will be governed by their own terms and conditions.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games operated on 33vd follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be predetermined by any user or staff member.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated systems.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in a game.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes (collusion).
• Match fixing or betting on predictable outcomes.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing opposing bets with bonus balance.

Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed and the associated balance being forfeited.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue or software error, 33vd reserves the right to void that round and the relevant stake may be refunded. Incorrect information or winnings displayed due to a technical error will not be honoured.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to sports betting. If a match is abandoned, rescheduled or not completed within a specified time, 33vd will settle bets in accordance with standard industry rules. Betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments will follow applicable rules.

6.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may close their account at will. Account closure requests must be submitted via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Complete any pending withdrawals before submitting a closure request.

6.2 Closure by 33vd

33vd reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement agency.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
